I love this printer. I usually do not pay this amount for a printer but it is a great value as a portable printer. Documents are professional quality and that you can print great photos was a plus. If you're on the go - get this printer. -- Great size, Great document print, Great photo print
I purcased this particular product on August 13. It was delivered promptly on August 16. Fantastic speed. But then the rest is horror story conducted by individuals whose, obviously, native language was NOT English and who could not comprehend the guide line and the logic per my complaint and here it is... And trust me dear Amazon customers, it was a very simple nuisance to tackle with! When paid for the printer it was listed as $194.02 and that is what I paid, but within hours of checking I saw it listed as $182.01 and I assumed Amazon would charge me the latter amount. Alas, was it wishful thinking! They charged me the former, i.e. $194.02. I immediately contacted them but met with a barrage of rude responses from some individuals from whose names I gather were physically conducting this so-called customer service from India. First one was a Dinesh T.R. They said Amazon does not perform price matching. I said, I was not asking as such but requesting an explanation of why I was charged a higher price even before the product physically left their warehouse (it was being sold/shipped directly from Amazon) and that I could have cancelled the order and re-order with the new price tag but rather left it to and TRUSTED Amazon's "able accounting system" which would take care of it automatically as in this day and age the software programs take out and correct most of the human/mechanical errors and so forth. I do not wish to get into all the details but whatever I did to explain this absurd dilemma, it fell into deaf ears and finally the person named Divya wrote exactly the below paragraph and YOU, the savy Amazon customers, be the FINAL JUDGE: "I recognize you have a choice of retailers and appreciate that you order from us. We would certainly be sorry to lose your business, and do hope you'll consider us for your future shopping needs and thats the end of our comments"... WOW! What a customer service. This person clearly indicated that I could and should take my business elsewhere and so shall I after spending many thousands of dollars in Amazon website. Shame on you Amazon management. In todays economically challeging business environment it is such a delicate task to form an mutually amicable, beneficial relationship with straight shooting, decent customers but as well so easy to alienate one and bravo to you so you did. Last but not least, I could have returned the product to you as is mainly due to your "sicken the customer attitude" and ask for a full refund but can't do so as I am on an overseas assignment and the product is with me. Congrats Jeff Bezos. You are running a tight ship...but if it goes on like this it may sink fast as well, just like it ascended! -- Virtually insulting, literally arrogant, downright non-caring customer service. Shame on Amazon!
